Hello, my name is Ferdinand Bistocchi. I have worked as a professional musician for over 30 years; I have received excellent training in various music schools both in France and abroad, all the while maintaining a strong link to popular music which has been important to me since childhood. I am currently employed writing musicals as well as in orchestral direction. I compose and arrange, principally for vocal works.  I am musical director for several orchestras and I also work in cinema where I have collaborated on soundtracks and on directing recording sessions. I bring to Group Seven my skills in orchestration for all types of works, as well as a pedagogic approach to performance skills.
